Delivery
All orders are dispatched daily, with postage collections at 12:30 PM. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM will be sent the following day.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays or strikes by our providers.
If you select Royal Mail 24 or 48, please be aware that these are not guaranteed next day or 48-hour services. These are target delivery times set by Royal Mail.
Additionally, your shipping timeframe starts once your order has been shipped, not from the time of your order.

3. Choose the Frequency of Delivery
Select how often you want to receive your items. Options include monthly save 20% deliver every 2 months save 15% deliver every 3 months save 10%

Can i return underwear?
Sports/Lounge Bra
Sports and Lounge bras can be returned if they are in their original packaging and within the return window.
Mens / Boys Boxers Cheeky & Thongs
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded, whether opened or not. This ensures all customers receive brand new and unworn garments. All underwear sales are final, and returned items will be destroyed without a refund. Please consult the size chart for the correct fit.
Can i exchange my items?
We do not offer product exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.
Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
This does not apply if you've ordered the wrong size underwear. Underwear items are no refundable. Due to hygiene reasons
