USA IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import taxes and duties are not included at checkout.

If charges are applied, payment is requested directly by US customs or the courier, not Kecks.

These fees are set by US authorities and must be paid to allow your parcel to clear customs and be delivered. Please check your email after dispatch for payment link.

If the import payment is not completed, your parcel may be delayed or returned to us by customs.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid import charges, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and a new shipping fee will be required before the order can be resent.

Shipping policy

We dispatch orders daily, with postage collections at 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following working day.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our delivery partners, including strikes or service disruptions. If you select Royal Mail 24 or 48, these are not guaranteed next-day or 48-hour services. They are target delivery aims set by Royal Mail.

Your shipping timeframe starts once your order has been dispatched, not at the time the order was placed.

We also now offer a Ship to Shop option at checkout – this is the most affordable shipping choice within the UK.

Orders placed outside the EU may be subject to import tax depending on your country's regulations.
