USA IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import taxes and duties are not included at checkout.

If charges are applied, payment is requested directly by US customs or the courier, not Kecks.

These fees are set by US authorities and must be paid to allow your parcel to clear customs and be delivered. Please check your email after dispatch for payment link.

If the import payment is not completed, your parcel may be delayed or returned to us by customs.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid import charges, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and a new shipping fee will be required before the order can be resent.

We have noticed more and more of you are asking for an update on our clothing line, We are working on a whole new line for 2021. With a lot more variety in colour and size. It's taking a little longer than planned due to the ongoing Covid problems around the world, dealing with suppliers and shipping is very frustrating over the last year or so. Anyways bear with us it's coming soon.
