Can i return underwear?
Sports/Lounge Bra
Sports and Lounge bras can be returned if they are in their original packaging and within the return window.
Mens / Boys Boxers Cheeky & Thongs
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded, whether opened or not. This ensures all customers receive brand new and unworn garments. All underwear sales are final, and returned items will be destroyed without a refund. Please consult the size chart for the correct fit.
Can i exchange my items?
We do not offer product exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.
Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
