  • We recommend washing Kecks on a cold wash.
  • Wash inside-out, with like colors.
  • We recommend line-drying them to help protect the elastic band.
  • Kecks is not responsible for any damage as a result of improper washing, ironing or tumble drying.
  • When submitting a warranty claim, please email us with your order confirmation number as the subject and pictures of the damaged product


Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached. within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase).

For EXCHANGES, If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend you order the new product and return your original purchase for a refund. As we cannot guarantee how quickly we will see your exchange request and the size/colour you require may sell out.

Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. All items to be returned via (Royal Mail) tracked mail to ensure returns arrives safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post.
